· Have a composed and self-assured manner

· Convey confidence, even when you may not know the answer

· Reply with thoughtful, non-emotional responses

· Have good posture


Conduct An Attitude Of:

· Positivity! Negativity is not conducive to a growing business

· Bite your tongue! Let some things slide

· Kindness. How your message is perceived is much more important than how you originally meant it


Appearance:

· Having a professional appearance conveys expertise and authority

· It shows that you take yourself and your job seriously
