To make a payment online you will need to know the patient name, your "invoice or account number"  and the amount you are paying.  If you received an email statement you will find this information near the bottom of the email in a section that looks similar to this:

Once you have found the information

If you received a paper statement, you will find your account number and the

total amount due in the upper right corner as shown in the below example.  


When you are ready, click  this

button to 









When making a payment, please enter your Account Number in the description field

 it will help us connect your payment to your account if you could provide your date of birth and patient ID.
